CHARLES BRIDGE (Karlův Most) The Charles Bridge is a landmark
in and of itself.� Prague's most famous bridge was built in
1357, but its statues were not added until 1657.�

The
bridge's 1700 foot length holds more than 30 sculptures, and is
packed from bank to bank with tourists, vendors, artists, and
musicians.� From the bridge, you can catch breathtaking views
of Prague castle, as well as many of Prague's towering medieval
buildings in the Old District.
Take a
stroll along this beautiful Prague landmark and enjoy the hustle and
bustle of a busy marketplace.� While you're there, don't forget
to climb up the Powder Tower (Pra�n� Br�na)
at the end of the bridge for great views up and down the River
Vltava.
